Make a Facebook cover photo

A cover photo that looks good on both your phone and your computer. You see straight away what stays visible and where your profile picture goes.

What does the tool do?

On a computer, Facebook shows your cover photo wider and shorter than on your phone, and your profile picture is on the left on a computer and in the middle on a phone. A photo that looks good on one is often cut off on the other. Here you see both at the same time, and you move your photo until it looks good everywhere.

What do you get?

Your cover photo in the right size and in double sharpness, so it does not look blurry. Plus two previews: how it looks on your computer and on your phone, with your profile picture on it.

What does it cost?

A cover photo costs 1 credit. Choosing another photo or moving it is free. One credit is 1 euro. No subscription: you buy credits when you need them, and they never expire. If something does not work, you get your credits back.

Questions about this tool

Why no text on the cover photo?

Meta regularly changes how your page looks. Text that looks good today may be covered by your profile picture tomorrow, or cut off on phones. A nice photo without text always looks good.

What size is the cover photo?

1640 × 720 pixels. Facebook shows it as 820 × 312 on a computer and as 640 × 360 on a phone. The middle is visible everywhere, so that is where the most important part of your photo belongs.

How do I put it on Facebook?

Go to your page, click on your cover photo, choose "Upload photo" and select the file you downloaded here.
